We are looking for a creative professional who can translate complex technical concepts into compelling visual stories that resonate with C-suite executives and decision-makers.
Role Overview
We are seeking a talented Graphic & Video Editor to own the visual identity of Zithara.ai. Unlike traditional consumer design roles, this position requires a unique blend of technical understanding and aesthetic precision. You will be responsible for creating high-fidelity assets that simplify complex B2B workflows, demonstrate software ROI, and maintain a premium, trustworthy brand image across all digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
1. Video Production & Editing (Primary Focus)
Product Demos: Edit high-impact software demo videos; this includes screen recording, motion tracking, and adding annotations that guide the viewer through complex UI/UX without overwhelming them.
Explainer Videos: Create short-form (30-90 sec) animated explainer videos that break down how Zithara.ai solves specific enterprise pain points.
Social & Ads: Edit vertical (9:16) and horizontal (16:9) video content for LinkedIn, YouTube, and paid ad campaigns, optimized for engagement and conversion.
Webinars & Case Studies: Edit long-form content (webinars, customer interviews) into digestible highlight reels and testimonial snippets.
2. Graphic Design
Visual Assets: Design compelling marketing collateral including eBooks, whitepapers, one-pagers, and pitch decks that align with our B2B brand guidelines.
Digital Ads: Create static and animated display ads (HTML5/MP4) for retargeting campaigns and LinkedIn Ads.
Brand Consistency: Maintain a cohesive visual language across the website, social media, and sales enablement materials, ensuring all designs look "enterprise-ready."
3. Collaboration & Strategy
Work closely with the Product Marketing team to understand technical features and translate them into user-centric visual narratives.
Manage the post-production workflow, ensuring assets are delivered on time for product launches and marketing campaigns.
Stay ahead of design trends within the B2B SaaS space, specifically regarding motion design and UI/UX communication.
Qualifications
Required:
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in graphic design and video editing, preferably within B2B, SaaS, Tech, or Martech industries.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating:
Clean, minimalistic design aesthetics.
Software/product demo editing (UI recording).
Motion graphics that explain technical concepts.
Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand software dashboards, APIs, and workflows enough to visually represent them accurately.
